If any area of your home doesn't meet your expectations after a cleaning, call or text us within 24 hours. We'll come back and re-clean that area at no extra charge. Tell us within 24 hours, send a photo if you can, and give us the chance to put it right. Our guarantee is a re-clean guarantee rather than an automatic refund: we ask for the opportunity to inspect and correct the area before any refund or credit is considered.
