Can I change my cleaning schedule later?

Absolutely. Life changes and your cleaning schedule should change with it. Want to switch from monthly to bi-weekly? Done. Need to move your cleaning day from Tuesday to Thursday? Just give us 48 hours notice and we will make it work.

Will I get the same cleaning team each visit?

We work hard to keep the same cleaner with your home every visit. Consistency is one of the biggest advantages of recurring service. On the rare occasion someone is unavailable, we'll reach out ahead of time to reschedule or send a trusted team member who has been briefed on your home and preferences. You'll always know before anything changes.

What if I need to skip a week?

No problem at all. Just let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. There are no cancellation fees for occasional skips. If you are going on vacation, we can pause your schedule and pick right back up when you return.

Do you clean inside the refrigerator?

Interior fridge cleaning is not included in a standard recurring visit because it adds significant time. It is included in our deep cleaning service, which many recurring clients book once or twice a year to reset everything. If you want fridge cleaning added as a recurring add-on, we can quote that separately.
