What Hosts Need to Know

Service Policies

Laundry: All laundry is completed onsite using the property's washer and dryer. We do not provide off-site laundry services.

Guest supplies: Hosts must supply all toiletries and guest consumables. We will arrange and set out anything you leave at the property.

Fresh linens: Hosts must provide clean replacement linens. We handle stripping old linens and making beds with the fresh set.

Damage reporting: Any damage or missing items discovered during the turnover will be reported to you immediately with photos.

Yes. We offer same-day turnover priority scheduling as an add-on service. If your guest checks out at 11am and the next one arrives at 4pm, we can work within that window. Let us know your checkout and check-in times when you book and we will build the schedule around them.

Yes. We strip all used bed linens and towels, start the laundry using your property's washer and dryer, and install fresh linens on every bed. All laundry must be completed onsite. We do not provide off-site laundry services. Make sure you have a clean set of linens available at the property for us to use.

We do not supply toiletries or guest consumables. Hosts must provide all guest amenities. However, our team will set out and arrange any supplies you leave at the property, including soaps, shampoos, coffee pods, and welcome materials. Just tell us where you keep the extras and we will handle the rest.

We offer a Heavy Cleaning add-on for situations where a guest leaves the property in worse-than-normal condition. This covers extra scrubbing, stain treatment, and additional time beyond a standard turnover.
