The Booking You Keep Turning Down Is the One That Pays
Every Bloomingdale host has done this math. A request comes in for the same day someone else checks out. You look at your cleaner's schedule, see they only take next-day slots, and you either block the night or you spend your own afternoon scrubbing a shower on Bell Shoals Road instead of working. Do that four times in a season and you have given away a month of revenue to a calendar gap.
Same-day turnover is the thing we do that most of the competition in this market will not commit to. It is not an asterisk on our booking page. It is the service. Tell us the checkout time and the check-in time, and we plan the visit backward from the second number: first load of laundry in the machine before anyone opens a cleaning caddy, bathrooms and kitchen running in parallel, beds made last with the set that came out of the dryer. That is how a five or six hour window turns into a finished property with time to spare.
If you want the wider picture of how we run short-term rentals across the region, the Airbnb turnover cleaning service page covers the full checklist and policies. This page is about what that looks like inside Bloomingdale specifically.
