Brandon Runs on Leases, Not Just Mortgages
Most cleaning companies around here write everything for the four-bedroom house on a cul-de-sac. That misses a big chunk of Brandon. Plenty of people in this part of Hillsborough County live in a one-bed or two-bed unit off Brandon Boulevard, in a gated complex near the interstate, or in a condo they bought as a second place and only use part of the year. Those homes have completely different problems.
The unit itself is the first difference. You might have 850 square feet total, so the kitchen and living room are really one room, the entry takes every shoe that comes through the door, and one tired bathroom is half the bathrooms you own. Nothing hides. Florida humidity works on a condo the same way it works on a Bloomingdale ranch, except in a unit the grout, the caulk line, and the bathroom exhaust fan are all sitting within ten feet of each other.
The second difference is everything outside your front door. A gate code. Guest parking that fills by nine in the morning. Stairs to a third floor with no elevator, or an elevator the association wants reserved. An HOA that will absolutely send a notice if a vendor props the lobby door. We ask about all of that before the visit so nobody is standing at a callbox calling you at work.
Renter, owner, or landlord, this page is the version of cleaning built for units in Brandon. If you have a single-family home instead, our Brandon deep cleaning page is a better fit.
