What a Davenport Clean Actually Covers

Davenport houses are not built like older Florida homes, so we do not clean them like older Florida homes. Almost everything here went up after 2000, with 9 foot ceilings, smooth or knockdown wall texture, tile and luxury vinyl plank instead of carpet, and a screened lanai off the great room. That changes the priority list.

We start with the sliding glass tracks between the living area and the pool cage, because that is where sand, grass, and pollen collect and it is the first thing a guest notices when the door sticks. Then the lanai itself: the deck surface, the patio furniture, the table, the rails, and the pool bath if there is one. Screen enclosures and pressure washing are outside what we do, but everything you walk on and touch inside that cage is ours.

Inside, kitchens get counters, backsplash, cabinet fronts, appliance exteriors, the microwave interior, and the sink and faucet polished. Bathrooms get showers and tubs scrubbed at the grout and caulk line where Florida mildew starts, plus glass, mirrors, fixtures, and toilets. Bedrooms get made up, dusted, and vacuumed, and on turnover jobs the linens and towels are laundered on site, folded, and put back. Floors get vacuumed and mopped throughout. High ledges, ceiling fans, and light fixtures need a ladder in these homes and we bring one, because nobody's ceiling fan blades clean themselves in a house with 9 foot ceilings.

On larger rental properties there is more. Converted-garage game rooms, themed kids' rooms, bunk rooms, and seven or eight bathrooms are a different scale of work than a three bedroom, so we quote by bedroom count and layout and tell you the flat number before we start. No hourly surprises, no scope creep on the invoice.

Larger 8 to 12 bedroom homes need a bigger crew and an earlier start, so give us your booking calendar and we will build the schedule around it instead of asking you to block a night.

Do you do laundry on site, or take it away?

On site, using the washer and dryer in the home. Sheets and towels come out of the beds and baths, go straight into the machines, and get folded and put back before we leave. We do not offer off-site laundering, so if you want linens picked up and swapped from an outside stock, that is a service you would need to source separately.

My community is gated with a guard or a code. How does access work?

Almost every rental community in Davenport is gated, so this is routine. Add us to your vendor list with the HOA or guard house, or send the gate code and lockbox details when you book.
